Can we have an ebuild for IComplete? It looks like a really great system for
writing code in vim. (Note that vim 7.0 is required unless only the command-line
version is used)

I am also the author of icomplete, but this is my first ebuild, so feel free to
make adjustments if I did something wrong.

IComplete is a C/C++ code completion system for vim7.
