Description Dan Check 2005-05-26 07:47:23 UTC
lcms-1.11 (stable ppc) compiles fine on os x systems. Compiled with a full set
of USE flags on Tiger and w/ jpeg and tiff enabled on Panther.

BTW, what's the policy on packages that compile with a restricted set of use
flags (ie, imagemagick)? Should I filed bug reports with maximal use flags for
them?

Yes, maximal USE flags are most useful. In order to keyword a package, all
dependencies on all possible USE flags must also be keyworded. Knowing what
combination of flags worked for you helps us to keyword packages faster. Also,
it's useful to have the full name of the package in question
(category/name-version) somewhere in the summary so that we can more quickly
identify the package in question.

Can't this bug be closed? A later package is stable for ppc-macos already.
