Dupe of http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=93144, but I didn't know if
somebody would notice it, if i add a comment there :-/

Is sysvinit (as packet!) always installed? I don't think so. At my gentoo,
there's only baselayout (which includes sysvinit) and not sysvinit installed.
I think the best way to solve this, would be a workaround
