Hey,

This release contains a lot of bug fixes, including many buffer overflow fixes, which I heard was a reason that tilda was possibly being removed from portage. It also includes a major feature enhancement of a new much more powerful configuration wizard. There is already a tilda .02 in portage that needs to be desperatly updated with this release.

I also request that the comment above tilda in package.mask be removed/changed do to these fixes in .06, i don't feel it fair for .02 to remain in portage and .06 not be accepted if I have fixed the problems.
