I think this package should be treecleaner or improved, because:
- we are using the version from prior to 2011

  https://repology.org/projects/?search=c3&maintainer=&category=&inrepo=&notinrepo=&repos=&families=&repos_newest=&families_newest= ???
- since 2015 the ebuild recieved mostly non-generic fixes

- from what I understand the package has never been stable
