well, two packages must be bumped together:

sci-libs/pytorch-2.4.0
sci-libs/caffe2-2.4.0

Version 2.4.0 supports nvidia-cuda-toolkit-12.4.0 which requires gcc-13 (stable). See the link below to see more details:

So it would be good to bump it sooner.
