After syncing packages today, spidermonkey unmasked for amd64 does not allow rust later than 1.77. Rust 1.79 has been unmasked for amd64, and some products depend on 1ust 1.78. I unmasked spidermonkey-115.11.0 for amd64, and the emerge succeeded with rust 1.79. I'm not sure which version would be best to unmask.
I saw https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=933372 which masked spidermonkey-115.11.0, and depended on <78, but rust 1.79 compiles spidermonkey, but I haven't tried the executables yet.

Packages needing spidermonkey on my system are dev-libs/gjs and sys-auth/polkit

Oh, right, we should stabilize a newer spidermonkey.
