- it's been unchanged for 2 weeks
- gui-libs/xdg-desktop-portal-hyprland-1.3.3-r2 does not build without it.

2 weeks is not long enough. The rule is 30 days unless there's some exceptional circumstance.

It's also a big change from 1.0.x. Sorry, but I don't plan on doing it early.
