I have seen "pipewire" USE flag is starting to spread among different packages. I think we should consider enabling it as, sooner or later, it will deprecate "pulseaudio"

plasma profile has already enabled "pipewire screencast" with media-video/pipewire[sound-server] in package.use for a year.
