Seems like it had that dependency since before git migration, and I don't look further than that. At least Arch Linux are listing it as optional. ... although greping for gpsbabel in sources has many hits. In Fedora's package it is listed as "required". The bug has been referenced in the following commit(s): https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/commit/?id=552966ff7dbf03583387e1203afddc140200eb81 commit 552966ff7dbf03583387e1203afddc140200eb81 Author: Andreas Sturmlechner <asturm@gentoo.org> AuthorDate: 2024-09-14 10:43:30 +0000 Commit: Andreas Sturmlechner <asturm@gentoo.org> CommitDate: 2024-09-14 19:55:52 +0000 sci-geosciences/qgis: unkeyword 3.28.10 for ~x86 Depends on sci-geosciences/gpsbabel, which lost its ~x86 keyword for unconditional dev-qt/qtwebengine dependency.
