Hello,

Based on today’s news from Dolphin’s blog[0], upstream decided to switch to rolling releases to ship new Dolphin versions, starting with the new tag 2407.

I guess it could be a good opportunity to provide an up-to-date and stable experience. I was considering contributing by pushing a PR with this new version, but I think it’s better first to create a ticket so we can work together on this new goal.
This ticket is also an opportunity to see if some devs, such as the games group, wish to invest time to maintain such package.

I keep this ticket updated once I consider having a working and satisfying ebuild.
