Bug 93503 – path to docs on the cd is outdated in Code Listing 12

Code Listing 12, for off-line viewing of handbook gives the file for links2 to
open as "/mnt/cdrom/docs/html/index.html" while the handbook is actually located
at "/mnt/cdrom/docs/handbook/html/index.html".

It must have changed at some point.
Using a 2005.0 x86 Universal LiveCD:
# mount /mnt/cdrom/
# find /mnt/cdrom/docs/ -type d
/mnt/cdrom/docs/
/mnt/cdrom/docs/html
/mnt/cdrom/docs/html/css
/mnt/cdrom/docs/html/images
/mnt/cdrom/docs/pdf
/mnt/cdrom/docs/txt
# umount /mnt/cdrom/

Same in http://gentoo.osuosl.org/releases/x86/2005.0/installcd/CONTENTS.minimal

Current {minimal,universal} install CDs for amd64/x86/sparc64 have a handbook
directory.
Could releng confirm this for other arches or maybe point me to the list of
files on the CDs. The CONTENTS.* files on the mirrors do not match actual contents.

Blah. This is "alternating"

2004.0 -> /mnt/cdrom/docs/handbook
2004.2 -> /mnt/cdrom/docs/html
2004.3 -> /mnt/cdrom/docs/handbook/

All the above are x86 Universal Install CDs. Seems the 2005.0 is back on
/mnt/cdrom/docs/html

It should *always* be at /mnt/cdrom/docs/handbook on every CD.  Any time that it
is not, it a bug with that particular release.  We have had several releases
where this location has been wrong.

ppc has no docs/handbook/ subdir, handbook files are under docs/
ppc64 has no doc at all
x86 CONTENTS.{minimal,universal} files on mirrors do not match CD content

Fixed in handbooks.
