Please stabilize:
  dev-libs/rccl-5.7.1: No change for more than 40 days, since 2023-11-08
  dev-util/rocm-smi-5.7.1-r2: No change for more than 40 days, since 2024-03-17
  Maybe dev-util/rocm-smi-5.7.1-r3, when it hits tree, because it got trivial patch backported from upstream to fix build with GCC-14
