Adam: clamav-0.85.1 did not pass our >=30 day testing period for ebuilds, yet. Don't know about the other ones. AFAIK, 0.84 will print that "outdated" message too now. 0.85 is never going to become stable, since it had a bug, which was promptly fixed in 0.85.1. Finally, since 0.85-r1 I made some rather significant changes to the initscript and conf.d file and I'd like to wait for a bit more user input before 0.85.1 goes stable. I'd like to move it to stable sometimes at the end of May. You can put "app-antivirus/clamav ~arch" into your /etc/portage/package.keywords and help with testing (i.e. yell on bugzilla if something is not kosher). 0.85.1 stable on x86, thanks for bearing with us. |
