plasma-meta does not install extra applications such as, not sure what all are missing but these should probably be included in the package since it advertises usable plasma compared to kde-plsma/plasma-desktop

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install plasma-meta on a fresh system
Actual Results:  
missing tools for a usable plasma system, like you know a terminal to fix this stuff

Expected Results:  
terminal + text editor + file manager + image viewer + pdf reader
