Actual app-admin/hddtemp-0.3_beta15-r29 upstream source didn't evolve for years.
A maintained version can be found at https://github.com/vitlav/hddtemp .

The last version from this source brings NVME drives support that many other distro get already by patches or by using this upstream source.
IMHO it could be great to switch mainstream source and get NVME drives support too.
