Hello,

Have realized that in the portage tree there is still the old 1.3 version of PyPanel, which has some bugs (clock etc.). Therefore I have adapted the older ebuild scipt to install the new version 2.3.
I enclose the pypanel-2.3.ebuild file and a modified .pypanelrc (cause the original one uses black ink in black background ;) )
