There are several quality issues with the docbook-xsl-ns-stylesheets-1.79.1 ebuild:

* There is no indication in the short description or long description how this package differs from docbook-xsl-stylesheets, or why it should be used.  The short description is identical, and neither package has a long description.  An explanation of the -ns form can be found in [0].
* This package is missing the fixes for bug 575818 and bug 536600 that were applied to docbook-xsl-stylesheets [1].
* There are probably other minor changes to the docbook-xsl-stylesheets package that were not synchronized with this package.  Both packages could use a comment in their ebuilds telling would-be changers to ensure they apply changes to the other package if appropriate.
