The LINGUAS environment variable used for picking up correct language for packages like kde-base/kde-i18n or app-office/openoffice* should be specified in /etc/make.conf and not on the commend line, otherwise it will break after upgrade.

Fixed in CVS. Also corrected a few spelling mistakes.
