TensorFlow was removed from the tree in Feb, Keras applications and                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        
preprocessing no longer have any revdeps in the tree. For ML, the                                                    
recommendation is to install from pip in a venv.                                                                     
Removal in 30 days.
