Released February 29.

There are tons of modern C errors, as well as LTO issues. The situation is enough of a mess that I can't even analyze whether to report an issue upstream without first updating.

Updating appears to be somewhat complicated. The release notes are here: https://github.com/HDFGroup/hdf4/releases/tag/hdf4.3.0

The indication is that you have to check consumers for compatibility.
