Hello,

I emerge davfs with 2.6.11-gentoo-r6 Kernel but I get this

 emenet-fs/davfs2-0.2.3-r1 to /

 * Checking for suitable kernel configuration options
 *   Coda can be found in filesystems, network filesystems
 * Please check to make sure these options are set correctly.
 * Once you have satisfied these options, please try merging
 * this package again.

coda wasn't installed. I emerge coda but same Problem.
Can anyone help?

Ebuild/app bugs don't belong in the developer relations product.

Did you enable coda in your kenrel config?

Maybe the message needs to be a bit more explaining

No that's why it wasn't compile. 
 
I think a little advice like this 
>>You need coda enabled in kernel config << 
>>Please use only v2 not 3<< 
if compile fails need's the ebuild ;-)

oh, no problem, I speak german fluently ;)

I added a more verbose message, I hope that ppl will understand it then :)
