Created attachment 889393 [details] emerge info when I use okular to read a pdf file then send same to printer there is no result from the printer queue when checked. The printer is HP CP1025nw Color with addons hplip-plugin no error messages,,,,,wrong looked at the output of /var/log/cups error.log. Added libusb0 to hplip as the printer has both wired &usb inputs. finally worked after reboot &shutdown restart
