'GPL' is invalid too ... changed it to 'GPL-2' *** Bug 164353 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Umm... how is it GPL-2? There no indication of that anywhere. look at the url: http://packages.debian.org/changelogs/pool/main/u/unace/unace_1.2b-3/unace.copyright Aurélien But you're not using the same source Debian is. so what ? the author is the same So? Just because you use one license on one thing doesn't mean it retroactively applies to everything you've ever copyrighted. license != copyright I know that.
