Created attachment 889177 [details] emerge --info before switching I am on a split-usr profile and trying to switch to a merged-usr profile, merge-usr gives this error: ERROR: Conflict for file '/lib/udev/rules.d/60-ddcutil-i2c.rules': [Errno 17] File exists: '/usr/lib/udev/rules.d/60-ddcutil-i2c.rules' ERROR: Conflict for file '/lib/udev/rules.d/60-ddcutil-usb.rules': [Errno 17] File exists: '/usr/lib/udev/rules.d/60-ddcutil-usb.rules' ERROR: Leaving '/lib' as a directory due to prior errors Both pairs are installed by app-misc/ddcutil-2.1.4 and are otherwise identical. After I uninstalled ddcutil I could switch with no errors and then reinstalled it, all went well, the bug only exists in split-usr profiles.
