This is due to an incompatibility between taisei-1.4.1 and the recently added cglm-0.9.3. 

Hence, build failure will be fixed by:
https://github.com/gentoo/guru/commit/3720a5c2534635d8bf6b2909d2fb31a3dc6d7199
(require <cglm-0.9.3). 

Reported upstream as:
https://github.com/taisei-project/taisei/issues/381

If a simple patch is developed upstream, of course it can be backported.
