The attached patch applied over current ebuild, and the source patch took from fbsd's ports make jpeg compile and install fine on G/FBSD systems.
The change works fine out of the box also for Linux systems.

Not sure about the dosym stuff which is ignored in ppc-macos, but it works fine without it.

This is a main problem for g/fbsd because without this, jpeg doesn't compile and install .so lib.
