I am not 100% sure, but it seems like this is not being built with CUDA support, or at least ffmpeg later down the pipe does not detect this as having CUDA support. 

can we have an option to build this with CUDA?

Unfortunately, it's not that simple to enable and I don't have an Nvidia GPU to test if it really works...

If anyone has an Nvidia GPU and is willing to figure this one out, it would be very appreciated.
