A new version of the GREAT GIMP is out, this is a development release, but maybe is useful to have it in the portage tree ;)

In the link there are the changes.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -vp =gimp-2.3

Actual Results:  
GIMP 2.3 is not in the portage tree :)

Expected Results:  
GIMP 2.3 emerged ;)
