pingus will not emerge beacuse ClanLib-0.6.5-1 can't be found

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge pingus

Please, post the actual error messages and `emerge --info` output and reopen then.

I cannot reopen but I can confirm this bug.  Clanlib tries to download from here:

http://www.clanlib.org/download/files/ClanLib-0.6.5-1.tar.gz

but the file is not there (see http://www.clanlib.org/download/files). 
Apparently  clanlib only provide their development version 0.7.x.

I found a copy of the clanlib file needed at:

http://gentoo.llarian.net/distfiles/

I tried changing the depedency to >=clanlib-0.6.5 but then I get the following
error:
checking ClanLib/core.h usability... no
checking ClanLib/core.h presence... no
checking for ClanLib/core.h... no
Please get ClanLib from http://www.clanlib.org
make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found.  Stop.

So I guess we need Clanlib-0.6.5-1.tar.gz.  I will send an email to the clablib
folks and ask them to put it back on their site (it is afterall their STABLE
version).
