I have a DFI LANPARTY nF4 SLI-DR motherboard with onboard Marvell Yukon Gigabit LAN.  I have also seen this problem around the web with some different motherboards/network cards which share the chip.

Date/time is unimportant for this error as it happens about once per minute.

This is the last error in /var/log/messages:
