kdsingleapplication from KADB

seems to be the new dev-qt/qtsingleapplication:

wich itself seems to be in "QtSolutions archive". Kinda archived?

This kdsingleapplication ebuild would be needed by the new strawberry ebuild

I am pushing the bump for owncloud-client in #925910, so adding this to main tree, based on GURU overlay version.
Other maintainers welcome!
