There are currently 4 lzip implementations in the ::gentoo repo

* app-arch/clzip
* app-arch/lzip
* app-arch/pdlzip
* app-arch/plzip

I'm personally using plzip due to it having multi-threading support but a lot of scripts/software expect and hardcode the binary to be `lzip`.

It would be nice to have app-alternatives/lzip to be able to manage it similar to bzip2, gzip etc.
