We should bump to the latest version first before investigating further. It has e.g https://github.com/shibatch/sleef/commit/1d66bbdadfb4ade1f09fd290a2f535cc59dae8aa.

The only consumer of sleef is caffe2 that does not build with the new version.

So we should wait before bumping
