Bug 92474 – emerge rosegarden failed during the configuration phase failling to find KDE headers

I did an emerge -e world this weekend and rosegarden is one of the applications
that didn't make it.
The ebuild fails during configuration with the following:
checking for Qt... libraries /usr/qt/3/lib, headers /usr/qt/3/include using -mt
checking if Qt compiles without flags... no
checking for moc... /usr/qt/3/bin/moc
checking for uic... /usr/qt/3/bin/uic
checking whether uic supports -L ... yes
checking whether uic supports -nounload ... yes
checking if Qt needs -ljpeg... no
checking for rpath... yes
checking for KDE... configure: error:
in the prefix, you've chosen, are no KDE headers installed. This will fail.
So, check this please and use another prefix!

As a guess I would say someone has made this ebuild ready for the
KDE 3.4 split ebuild and if I am correct, in the split ebuild stuff
is not going into /usr/kde/x.x/ anymore. Since I am waiting for KDE 3.4
to go in x86 that could be the problem.
I am labelling this as a blocker as it prevent the use and testing of the
software and there are not much software with that kind of features.

Try 4.1.0-r1, should work.
