In the latest released (2005.0) liveCD (I have tested the minimal), the chapter 6, sections b, c and d, are missing. This sections explain the bootstrap and the stage1 -> stage2 and stage2 -> stage3 process. The chapter is missing in the txt, pdf and html version.

Steps to Reproduce:
Download from any mirror the /releases/x86/2005.0/installcd/install-x86-minimal-2005.0.iso
The md5 is right.
