I don't see FreeRDP-3 in use by many revdeps soon, so let's get these fixes:


2.11.5 - Noteworthy changes:

- Fix integer overflow in progressive decoder
- Update OpenSSL API usage for compatiblility with newer versions (#9747)
- Prevent NULL dereference for single thread decoder (#9712)

2.11.4 - Notworthy changes:

- fix a typo in unicode commit (#9652)

- Disabled windows MEDIA FOUNDATION h264 decoder due to reported issues (#9469)
