I made an ebuild for the brand new version of axis (1.2). Axis is an apache java implementation of SOAP. 
The ebuild comprise the installation of the web service under tomcat. It follows the new convention on file present in tomcat-5.0.28

There is already a version in gentoo, related to a 1.2rc2 version of axis, but that does not install it as a web service. 

I don't know if We have to merge things from both version ...
