unsubscribe documentation lists the wrong email address

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to unsubscribe with listname-unsubscribe@lists.gentoo.org
Actual Results:  
received an error email telling me that it should be "+" not "-" 

Expected Results:  
fix the documentation

Unsubscribe documentation does NOT list the wrong address.
