Bug 92223 – Konqueror keeps opening "Document relations" toolbars when opening tabs, but doesn't close them

When displaying a web page in Konqueror and opening a new tab, Konqueror opens a toolbar called "Document Relations" for every tab opened. Apart from being really annoying in itself, the toolbars aren't removed when the tab is closed again, leaving you with dozens of toolbars you can't remove, just hide. Also, opening a new tab will redisplay most of them.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Konqueror, point to a web page.
2. Open a couple of new tabs.
3. Close the tabs again.

Actual Results:  
Konqueror creates a new "Document Relations" toolbar for every tab. They are 
not closed when closing the tab. 

Expected Results:  
Konqueror should only be opening one toolbar (if at all).
