Logging into KDE 3.3.2 for Sparc64 results in the crash of the kicker panel. The crash handler screen appears. No access to the the panel menu or icons is possible.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =kde-3.3.2
2. Log into kde-3.3.2
3. No kicker panel appears and crash handler windows appears.

Actual Results:  
No kicker panel appears. No access to menu or icons is possible. The crash
handler window appears.

Expected Results:  
Should have access to kicker panel with menu and icons at the bottom of the desktop.
