Issue: games-util/r2modman-bin-3.1.45 does not respect CFLAGS.
Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: guru_ci)

NOTE:
To reproduce this issue you may want to add "-frecord-gcc-switches" to CFLAGS/CXXFLAGS/FFLAGS/FCFLAGS. If this is not something about c/c++ context see this bug as an hint to hide the QA warning (with QA_FLAGS_IGNORED) where is not possible to respect CFLAGS.

Strange is causing this bug and 920925 since is a binary package.
I will try to see if I can solve it.
If not I have to use QA_FLAGS_IGNORED

Ok I need to add to QA_PREBUILD funny portage didn’t warn me about that I remeber in HeroicGameLauncher-bin it have warned me.
