Adding request for a version of mangohud compatible with steam overlay performance metrics as per the steam deck.

For that to work, the mangoapp part of the mangohud package has to be available, which can be found in the xarblue overlay.

I've installed and run this on my steam deck under a gamescope session and confirm that I can adjust the mango output on the fly in the same way it is done on the steam deck.
