I can't emerge dialog becouse there is a new version online, and the old one has been removed, so I can't dowload it.

Please visit ftp://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/pool/main/d/dialog/ to see the aviable version

Added dialog-1.0.20050306.ebuild that seems to fix a language  upstream.
