I emerged hdparm-5.9 today and the ebuild told me to look for an updated rc-script. But I couldn't find any change. So I searched for quite some time, compared it to an older installation until I looked at CVS through ViewCVS and noticed that the init and conf scripts in filesdir didn't see a change for seven and eight months respectively. So the pkg_postinst() message should probably be removed.
