Bug 917103 – cross-avr/gcc-13.2.1_p20230826::crossdev "C compiler cannot create executables"

The cross-avr/gcc-13.2.1_p20230826::crossdev won't compile.

After checking the build log it seems like the problem is related to the C compiler not being able to create executables:

Even compressed at max with zip it was beyond the size limit.

Please try ansifilter and then xz -9e.
