Size of the tarball differ from what's expected in the Manifest.

When downloading from distfiles.gentoo.org, size match with the Manifest, but when downloaded from the project repository (https://codeberg.org/tenacityteam/libid3tag/archive/0.16.3.tar.gz) it differ. Perhaps there were changes on how targzips are produced on the codeberg side.

I have this problem as well. I reported it a week ago, but my report was closed: https://bugs.gentoo.org/916389.

It seems that the upstream updated tarball.
