This plugin allows to scrape the DDOS protection from Cloudflare. Without it it appears an error message in rutorrent. So add as dependency please.

The library is suggested as optfeature and already covered by the ebuild. When not installed the plugin will not work and you get a warning about it ... true. But the application will work "as expected", just without the plugin.

Closing. Feel free to reopen but please go into detail why it needs to be pulled in hard vs the soft way of suggesting it.
