SIXEL support merged into tmux in https://github.com/tmux/tmux/commit/dfbc6b1888c110cf0ade66f20188c57757ee1298 (next-3.4)
This patch adds support for building tmux with SIXEL in live ebuild

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build app-misc/tmux-9999
2. Launch img2sixel
Actual Results:  
Nothing outputted

Expected Results:  
tmux shows SIXEL picture (or video)

May be bugged because of needed ncurses version masked at the moment of sending this, needs to be tested after new version comes out
