Current stable logrotate on x86 (3.6.5) has had it's packages removed from upstream, so it can't be emerged.  logrotate is currently unmaintained, but I use 3.7 (current unstable), and it works fine.  A version bump is probably in order.  If no one wants to maintain it, I can do it when I make dev (currently scheduled for 6 days)

3.7.1 is committed.

Can 3.7.1 be marked stable? Not much point in having a "stable" package that
cannot be downloaded in portage.

I don't know, it's still on the mirrors (my original bug to the contrary), so
it's still installable.  This isn't a security issue, so I think I'll wait until
3.7.1-r1 can legitimately be marked stable.  That would be on June 25.  In the
meantime, the new logrotate has been completely stable for me on x86 and amd64,
so an entry in /etc/portage/package.keywords is probably in order.
